New Anxiety Workshop

The start of 2020 has been somewhat of a difficult time for many people around the world. The occurrence of a new virus has sent worry and panic to individuals and families who are scared of what this may mean for them.

 

The unprecedented government lockdown, has also placed extreme pressure on many people who experience mental health challenges. Isolation, loneliness and fear has impacted people's ability to access support services, which is why Northampton and District Mind are offering a new workshop that will look at supporting individuals with anxiety, triggers and increasing a positive mental outlook. The workshops will be accessible via Zoom.

Exercise & Mental Health

10th June 2020

  • Positive effects exercise has on mental Health and how to use your home to stay in shape. 

  • James will run a session on the effects exercise has on our mental health and how to use your home as a gym, by using furniture and door frames etc..
