Self referral/ Professional referral

Long-term mental health difficulties can act as a barrier to getting back into work or any other activity designed to create purpose. 1:1 support from a working mentor

If your experiencing stress, anxiety, depression or recovering from a mental health condition and are struggling to move forward -  then a mental health navigator may be able to help

Offering socialisation, peer support and 1:1 sessions with trained staff for young people facing mental health challenges

Support for 18 - 25 year olds

Peer support offers an opportunity to socialise and find support off others who understand what you are going through. A chance to share experiences and try new things. Peer support provides practical support for any issues you need advice on.
